and powers. An Airport Authority constitutes a municipal corporation and body politic separate and apart from any other municipality, the State of Illinois or any other public or governmental agency and has the powers enumerated in Sections 8.01 through 8.14, and all other powers incidental, necessary, convenient, or desirable to carry out and effectuate such express powers.
