(Section scheduled to be repealed on June 1, 2026) Sec. 6.1. Within 5 years after the receipt of any assets transferred to the Authority from an Urban Transportation District created under the Urban Transportation District Act, such assets shall be used by the Authority, exclusively within the area included in such District, for projects which develop, maintain or improve capital improvements in public transportation.
