(Section scheduled to be repealed on June 1, 2026) Sec. 11.1. Bikeways and trails. The Authority may use its established funds, personnel, and other resources to acquire, construct, operate, and maintain bikeways and trails. The Authority may cooperate with other governmental and private agencies in bikeway and trail programs.
