(Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-457 ) Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the " Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. " (Text of Section after amendment by P.A. 104-457 ) Sec. 1. This Act shall be known and may be cited as the Chicago Transit Authority Act, and for the purposes of legal obligations created prior to this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly, it may also be cited as the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act.
