Reporting.

Promptly following entering into a management
agreement, an
assistance agreement, or a loan agreement involving a new facility or facility
site, the Authority shall submit a detailed written report and findings of the
Authority with respect to the proposed management agreement, assistance
agreement, or loan agreement to the General Assembly.

 
The report and findings of the Authority shall include the following:

 
 
(A) A detailed plan of the method of funding the 
 
management agreement, assistance agreement, or loan agreement;

 
 
(B) An evaluation of the economic consequences of the 
 
proposed management agreement, assistance agreement, or loan agreement; and

 
 
(C) If applicable, an analysis of the reasons for 
 
acquiring a site for constructing a new facility.
