(1) Promptly following entering into a management agreement or an assistance agreement involving a new facility or facility site, the Authority shall submit a detailed written report and findings of the Authority with respect to the proposed management agreement or assistance agreement to the General Assembly. (2) The report and findings of the Authority shall include: (i) A detailed plan of the method of funding the management agreement or assistance agreement; (ii) An evaluation of the economic consequences of the proposed management agreement or assistance agreement; and (iii) If applicable, an analysis of the reasons for acquiring a site for constructing a new facility. management agreement or assistance agreement; the proposed management agreement or assistance agreement; and acquiring a site for constructing a new facility.
