As of July 13, 1955, the corporate limits of The Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same the territory and tracts of land situated in the County of Cook, State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: Section fifteen (15), the East half (1/2) of Section sixteen (16), the Northeast quarter (1/4) and the East half (1/2) of the Northwest quarter (1/4) of Section twenty-one (21) and the East 173 feet of the South 159.78 feet of the Southeast quarter (1/4) of the Southeast quarter (1/4) of Section nine (9), Township thirty-six (36) North, Range 13, East of the Third Principal Meridian.
