As of July 1, 1947, the corporate limits of the Sanitary District of Chicago are hereby extended so as to embrace and include within the same, the territory and tracts of land situated in the Village of La Grange Park, County of Cook and State of Illinois, hereinafter described as follows: The South Half (S1/2) of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) lying East of La Grange Road and the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Twelve (12), East of the Third Principal Meridian. and in addition thereto any portion of the incorporated Village of La Grange Park which may not be included in the above description.
