As used in this Article, unless the context otherwise requires: "Authority" means the Matteson Metropolitan Civic Center Authority. "Board" means the governing and administrative body of the Matteson Metropolitan Civic Center Authority. "Metropolitan area" means all that territory which lies within the corporate boundaries of the Village of Matteson.
