Board shall cause to be prepared and printed a complete and detailed report and financial statement of the Port District operations and of its assets and liabilities. A reasonably sufficient number of copies of such report shall be printed for distribution to persons interested, upon request, and a copy thereof shall be filed with the Governor, and the county clerk of each county which is partially or wholly within the Port District. A copy of such report shall be addressed and mailed to the Mayor and City Council of President and Board of Trustees of each municipality within the Port District.
