adopts this Division 5, as hereinafter provided, now having or which may hereafter have a volunteer fire department or a fire department composed in part of volunteer firemen, shall procure, in the name and for the benefit of the volunteer members of such fire department, a policy or policies of insurance, conditioned as hereinafter provided.
