This Division is subject to the provisions of the "Illinois Police Training Act", approved August 18, 1965 and the provisions of the "Illinois Fire Protection Training Act", certified November 9, 1971. This amendatory Act of 1973 is not a limit on any municipality which is a home rule unit.
