(Section scheduled to be repealed on July 1, 2032) Sec. 65. Federal requirements. In the procurement of design-build contracts and Construction Manager/General Contractor contracts, the Transportation Agency shall, to the extent applicable, comply with federal law and regulations and take all necessary steps to adapt its rules, policies, and procedures to remain eligible for federal aid.
