(a) After utilizing all possible review by the Board under this Act or any regulation promulgated by the Secretary, any person who has their driver's license restricted or canceled or is otherwise denied a license has a right to request a hearing under Section 2-118 of this Code. The request for a hearing shall be in writing. (b) The Secretary shall prescribe by rule and regulation the procedures to be followed at the hearing.
