Sec. 18c-4904. 

Liability to Be Covered by Insurance. 

Insurance or surety under this Article shall cover the carrier's
liability for injury to persons and damage to property other than
cargo. Coverage shall, in the case of motor common carriers,
also extend to cargo damage.
