Penalties.

Every person convicted of a violation of any
provision of this
Code for which another penalty is not provided shall, for a
first or
second conviction thereof, be guilty of a petty offense and, for
a
third or subsequent conviction within one year after the first
conviction, be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor.
