(a) The Secretary of State shall include in its commercial drivers license curriculum and study guide the distinctions between utilizing a truck-attributed global positioning system device and other non-truck-attributed global positioning system devices. (b) The Secretary of State shall develop a brochure regarding the distinctions between utilizing a truck-attributed global positioning system device and other non-truck-attributed global positioning system devices and shall make this brochure available at all Secretary of State facilities where an applicant may obtain or renew a commercial drivers license.
