Failure to carry a manifest.

Any person who acts as a
motor carrier and who fails to carry a manifest as provided in Section 5.5 of
the Motor Fuel Tax Law is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. For each subsequent
offense, the person is guilty of a Class 4 felony.
