(a) The driver of any vehicle proceeding upon any street car track in front of a street car upon a street shall remove such vehicle from the track as soon as practical after signal from the operator of said street car. (b) The driver of a vehicle upon overtaking and passing a street car shall not turn in front of such street car so as to interfere with or impede its movement.
