The Adopt-A-Highway program allows private citizens to support municipal, township, and county anti-litter efforts by allowing groups to adopt a section of highway for the purpose of litter collection. The following Sections set forth the uniform guidelines and requirements for the administration of Adopt-A-Highway programs in the State of Illinois.
