Subject to the reasonable rules and regulations of the board of managers, the community buildings shall be for the free use and benefit of the inhabitants of the township for lectures, concerts, free amusements and entertainments, and all other general educational purposes. The annual township meetings and other public assemblies may be held in the buildings. The board of managers may temporarily lease the community building when not in use for public purposes, for any reasonable and legitimate private use on terms deemed reasonable and proper. Private lessees of a community building may charge admission fees. All money received from temporary rentals shall be turned over to the treasurer and shall be used only for community building purposes.
