When a multi-township cemetery district takes over a cemetery or cemetery authority, the care fund of the cemetery or cemetery authority shall be transferred into the cemetery district fund of the multi-township cemetery district. (60 ILCS 1/Art. 140 heading) ARTICLE 140. TOWNSHIP HALLS
