When a township cemetery district takes over a cemetery or cemetery authority, the care fund of the cemetery or cemetery authority shall be transferred into the cemetery district fund of the township cemetery district. (60 ILCS 1/Art. 133 heading) ARTICLE 133. PUBLIC GRAVEYARDS
