The county board in any county may fix the annual amounts of fees, terms and manner of issuing and revoking licenses provided for in this Division and for such purpose may, by ordinance definition, subclassify the types of licenses authorized by this Division. The fees for licenses shall not exceed the following: (1) For each garbage disposal area, $500 per annum. (2) For each vehicle used in hauling garbage to a garbage disposal area, $50 per vehicle per annum.
