A county board may license, tax, regulate, or prohibit pinball games or machines, bagatelle, pigeon-hole, pool, or any other tables or implements kept for similar purpose in any place of public resort, outside the corporate limits of all cities, villages and incorporated towns and to license, tax or regulate bowling alleys and billiard establishments so located.
