Act, is prima facie evidence that the same is subject to all the provisions of this Act, including administrative rules, pertaining to the taking, possession and disposition thereof. Whenever the contents of any box, barrel, package, or receptacle consists partly of contraband and partly of legal species or any part thereof (their nests or eggs), the entire contents of such box, barrel, package or other receptacle is subject to confiscation. Whenever a person has in his or her possession in excess of the number of wild birds or wild mammals, or parts thereof, permitted under the provisions of this Act, including administrative rules, the entire number of wild birds or wild mammals, or parts thereof, in his or her possession is subject to confiscation.
