Penalty; quarantine.

Any person violating any provision of this Act is guilty of a business
offense and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than
$1,000.

 
In addition to the penalty herein provided, if any owner of dairy or
breeding cattle, bison, sheep, goats, antelope, or cervids refuses to
submit such cattle, bison, sheep, goats, antelope, or cervidae for a
tuberculin test, such
cattle, bison, sheep, goats, antelope, or cervids may be placed in
quarantine until submitted for test.
