Sale, distribution, and use of tuberculin; who may test.

The
Department shall control the sale, distribution and use of all
tuberculin in the State, and shall formulate rules for its distribution and
use. Only an accredited veterinarian or a veterinarian employed by the United
States Department of Agriculture or
any successor agency shall apply a tuberculin test to cattle, bison, sheep,
goats, antelope, or cervids in this State.
