Illinois Code § 510 ILCS 101/90

Invalidity.

If any provision of this Act or
application thereof to any person or circumstances is held
invalid, that invalidity does not affect other provisions or
applications of this Act that can be given effect without the
invalid application or provision, and to this end the provisions
of this Act are declared to be severable.
