No person may knowingly fail or refuse to comply with the requirements of this Act or an adopted marketing program. The Council may institute any action that is necessary to enforce compliance with this Act or an adopted marketing program. In addition to any other remedy provided by law, the Council may petition the circuit court for injunctive relief without being required to allege or prove the absence of any adequate remedy at law.
