(was 720 ILCS 625/2) Sec. 2. No person shall offer for sale, or procure to be sold, any barley, wheat, or other grain that has been subjected to fumigation, or other process, as provided in Section 1 of this Act, knowing such barley, wheat, or other grain to have been so subjected.
