in effect for 5 years. Thereafter, the program shall automatically be extended from year to year unless a referendum for continued approval is required by written petition of no less than 10% of the affected producers from each respective district. The referendum shall be in accordance with Section 9 of this Act to determine the continued approval of such corn marketing program. Continuation or termination shall be determined by the same voting requirements for adoption of the corn marketing program set forth in Section 7.
