5 years and shall automatically be extended from year to year unless a referendum election for continued approval is requested by written petition of no less than 2% of soybean producers. The referendum shall be in accordance with Section 10 of this Act to determine the continued approval of such marketing program. Continuation or termination shall be determined by the same voting requirements for adoption of any marketing program set forth in Section 8.
