"Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act" means the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act enacted by the Congress of the United States, as amended. "Secretary of Agriculture" means the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States. "Department" means the Department of Agriculture of the State of Illinois. "Director" means the Director of the Department of Agriculture of the State of Illinois.
