(a) The Director may refuse to register a soil amendment or cancel or suspend a soil amendment registration if: (1) the composition of the soil amendment does not warrant the claims made; (2) the soil amendment does not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules; (3) the labeling or other materials required for registration do not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules; (4) the registrant used fraudulent or deceptive practices to secure registration; or (5) it is determined that a soil amendment poses a risk of unreasonable adverse effects to man or the environment. warrant the claims made; provisions of this Act or its rules; registration do not comply with the provisions of this Act or its rules; practices to secure registration; or risk of unreasonable adverse effects to man or the environment.
