clause. If any Section, subsection, clause, provision or portion of this Act shall be held to be invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction or the applicability thereof to any person, substance or product is held invalid, such holding shall not affect any other Section, subsection, clause, provision or portion of this Act, or any other person, substance or product covered by the provisions of this Act.
