(was 55 ILCS 105/10) Sec. 10. Any person who has been issued a statement of any sum due for maintenance charges for a person with a developmental disability may petition the board of directors for a modification thereof, and the board shall provide for a hearing thereon. The board may, after such hearing, grant such relief as seems proper.
