(Section scheduled to be repealed on December 31, 2027) Sec. 11. All local public agencies operating a 9-1-1 system shall operate under a plan that has been filed with and approved by the Commission prior to January 1, 2016, or the Administrator. Plans filed under this Section shall conform to minimum standards established pursuant to Section 10.
