The Office shall distribute an in-service training program for fire fighters in the administration of opioid antagonists as defined in paragraph (1) of subsection (e) of Section 5-23 of the Substance Use Disorder Act that is developed by the Department of Human Services in accordance with that Section. As used in this Section 12.5, the term "fire fighters" includes full-time or part-time fire fighters, but does not include auxiliary, reserve, or volunteer firefighters.
