(a) The Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission shall consult with the impact and other consequences of undertaking a comprehensive effort to make the Illinois Compiled Statutes gender neutral. (b) The Gender-Neutral Statutes Commission shall report its findings to the General Assembly by January 15, 2004.
