In this Act: "Law enforcement agency" and "law enforcement officer" have the meanings ascribed to them in Section 10-10 of the Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera Act. "Prostitution" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11-14 of the Criminal Code of 2012. "Sexual penetration" has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 11-0.1 of the Criminal Code of 2012.
