The Governor of the State of Illinois is hereby authorized to accept for the State the retrocession of exclusive legislative jurisdiction over the subject lands by the filing of a notice of acceptance with the Secretary of State under and pursuant to the powers and authorities contained in the Statutes of Illinois.
