Sec. 3B-10. 
Per meeting compensation and meetings. 
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a board member shall not receive per meeting compensation for more than one meeting held during any 7 consecutive day period unless: (i) each meeting is more than 4 hours long, or (ii) in the case of a bona fide emergency.
