This Act is subject to Section 3-2.2 of the Illinois State Auditing Act. (5 ILCS 410/Art. 3 heading) ARTICLE 3 (5 ILCS 410/1(Art.III)) Sec. 1(Art.III). This Act takes effect upon becoming law, except Article 2 takes effect on January 1, 1993.
