(Text of Section before amendment by P.A. 104-457 ) Sec. 2.5. Application to Regional Transportation Authority Board members. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act to the contrary, this Act does not apply to any member of the Regional Transportation Authority Board who first becomes a member of that Board on or after July 23, 2013 (the effective date of Public Act 98-108) with respect to service of that Board.
