Exceptions for employees of governmental agencies.

Provided that the employee of a governmental agency has complied with the conditions set forth in Sections 20 and 25 of this Act, it is not a violation of Section 30 if an employee of a governmental agency publishes personal information, in good faith, on the website of the governmental agency in the ordinary course of carrying out public functions.
