conform to the following standards: (a) be facsimiles of the official form, produced by photo-offset, photoengraving, photocopying, or other similar reproduction process; (b) be on paper of substantially the same weight and texture and of a quality at least as good as that used in the official form; (c) substantially duplicate the colors of the official form; (d) have a high degree of legibility, both as to the original form and as to matter filled in; the agency with which a report is required to be filed may reject any illegible reproduction and reject any process which fails to meet this standard; (e) be on paper perforated in the same manner as the official form; and (f) be of the same size as the official form, both as to the dimensions of the paper and the image produced. photo-offset, photoengraving, photocopying, or other similar reproduction process; texture and of a quality at least as good as that used in the official form; official form; original form and as to matter filled in; the agency with which a report is required to be filed may reject any illegible reproduction and reject any process which fails to meet this standard; official form; and to the dimensions of the paper and the image produced.
