(a) An order or a certified copy thereof, over the seal of the Illinois State Police and purporting to be signed by the Director, is prima facie proof that the signature is that of the Director, and the Director is qualified to act. (b) A certified copy of a record of the Illinois State Police shall, without further proof, be admitted into evidence in any legal proceeding, and shall be prima facie correct and prima facie evidence of the information contained therein.
