A person selling a manufactured home one year after the effective date of this Act shall encourage the buyer of that home to use an installer who has successfully completed a manufactured home installer course accredited by the Illinois Department of Public Health. The seller shall also inform the buyer that failure to properly install the home may invalidate any implied or expressed warranties concerning the home.
