In case of any failure to comply with any of the provisions of this

Sec. 7. 

In case of any failure to comply with any of the provisions of this
Act, the Director of Labor may, through the State's Attorney, or any other
attorney in case of his failure to act promptly, take the necessary legal
steps to enforce compliance therewith.
